2. Purpose of the Website

This website is currently intended primarily to present the Dasaby brand, its collections, products, design philosophy and related information. The website does not currently operate as a direct e-commerce store, and products cannot presently be purchased directly from Dasaby through this website. Where the website links to Amazon or another independent retailer or marketplace, any purchase made through that channel is subject to the terms, policies and consumer protections applicable to that purchase and sales channel.

3. Product Information

Dasaby takes reasonable care to present product descriptions, materials, dimensions, weights, finishes and other product information accurately.

However:

• photography, lighting and screen settings may affect the apparent colour or finish of products; 
• product dimensions and weights may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances; 
• product information, availability or specifications may be corrected or updated from time to time. 

Nothing displayed on this website constitutes a binding offer by Dasaby to sell a product directly through this website unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Handmade and Hand-Finished Character

Many Dasaby products involve hand-forming, hammering, texturing, finishing or other hand-worked processes. As a result, subtle variations in surface texture, finish, pattern and appearance may occur from one piece to another. These variations form part of the individual character of a hand-worked object and are not, by themselves, defects. Where a component is designed and manufactured to defined dimensions or proportions, the fact that its surface has been hand worked does not mean that its intended shape or proportions are inherently variable.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory rights a purchaser may have in relation to genuinely defective or non-conforming goods purchased through the relevant sales channel.

5. Product Images, Digital Visualisation and AI-Assisted Content

Some images on this website may use AI-assisted visualisation, digital compositing, rendering or other image-processing techniques to illustrate how Dasaby products may appear in an interior, lifestyle or styled environment. Where such techniques are used, the product is represented with reference to the actual Dasaby design and available product information, but elements of the surrounding environment, styling, lighting, props or presentation may have been digitally generated, modified or enhanced. Visualisation and lifestyle images are intended to communicate design context and are illustrative. They should not be relied upon as an exact representation of colour, scale, texture, finish or appearance under every lighting or viewing condition.

Trade customers, retailers and stockists may request original product photographs, dimensions and additional product documentation directly from Dasaby.

Where relevant, actual product photographs may also be available through the applicable authorised sales channel.

The DASABY® word mark is a registered trademark. Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website — including the DASABY® name and trademark, logos, product designs, photographs, visualisations, graphics, text, layouts and other creative material — is owned by Dasaby Design S.R.L. or used with appropriate rights or permission. Access to this website does not grant any right or licence to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use protected material except where permitted by law or with Dasaby's prior written permission.
